Turnaround is confirmed on your quote. Microbiological work is governed by incubation time and cannot be shortened past the method. Chemical analyses are generally quicker.
Common questions
Before you send the sample
We supply sterile containers sized for the analysis requested. Microbiological samples must go into a sterile container that has not been rinsed with the sample water.
Microbiological samples are time and temperature sensitive. Keep the sample cool and get it to a branch as soon as possible on the day it is drawn. Holding times vary by determinand, so tell us when you plan to sample and we will confirm the window before you draw it.
Yes. Testing gives you the data, and our consulting team assists with water plant optimisation and Blue Drop compliance work built on that data.
Both. A single borehole test for a homeowner and a scheduled municipal monitoring programme are both normal work for us.
